Some simply worded guidance needed please. When I insert a DVD in my CD Rom drive I get the message:
"Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card".

However, according to Device Manager, all of my drivers are up to date. I have tried installing AVG Driver Updater specially to try and resolve this problem, but it also says the driver is up to date.

HELP please

You will probably have better luck playing your DVD's if you install and use the free VLC Media Player 3.0.21.
