    I get 11.5 Mb with O2 broadband, Unlimited for 10 a month!!

    wish we had cable like the street across the road. i could then get 50mb virgin.

    but i Download @ 1.5Mbs burst of 1.7Mbs

    Well, when I tested back in October as seen here, my times were 19.52 and 5.31. Since then, my ISP claims to have increased our bandwidth, and it would appear they did, although my upload times have suffered a bit, but I can live with that.

    Cheapest cable subscription with my provider here in the Netherlands.
    Download speed changes only about 1 Mbps.

    Yeah me too, it's possible but i have to pay 5,50 euro a month extra to double the upload speed.

    Also strange with the test is it says <50 miles but I tested from Amsterdam to Brussels and I think that's more like >100 miles.
