btwuiext has stopped working

hi guys,

my hp pavillion g6 2137 tx Bluetooth seems to be not working,as i am trying to access my smartphone.it is always popping out with a error as is "btwuiext has stopped working".not able to understand?
i have reinstalled the broadcom driver software many times but of no use.

i have tried to update the bluetooth driver through following link
but of no use again. so please help me in this regard.

is there nobody to help me on this?it is very urgent.
i will be grateful if somebody help me on this.

Have you checked whether HP has an update for it? - it's possible they customized the hardware/software, so their updates would be the best to use

Have the same problem with HP envy

Bluetooth does not work. A bit annoying registering for just saying this.
