Win 7 HP computer keeps dropping connect and won't reconnect

this is happening in the last few months on and off and is now all the time

I will have to supply more info but perhaps i can get some input to get started diagnosing

this is my wifes machine, mine is doing well enough. we have wireless uverse and haven't had any trouble

it will hold a connect for a few moments and then disconnect and then she has to wait for it to decide to let her access the internet.

I uninstalled malwarebytes paid version and there is no difference. I thought this started to happen when i installed MB a few months ago, but i am not certain as she didnt complain about the problem till lately.

I have fixed the problem. sorry for jumping the gun

turns out that i didn't completely remove the CONDUIT search malware from the computer

a quick search and a registry clean did the job

doesn't seem to drop connections now.
