Reliability Monitor stops working

Dear Forum,
Since some time I have a blank Reliability Monitor. I am afraid it happened after a disc cleaning, but I am not sure. Since mid-September it shows a table with no curve and no comments. An empty table. I did try to reset it. It did not help to cure it. 3 weeks later it is still the same. I liked using it from time to time, as I learned much from it. I realize this is no urgent fix, but it annoys me very much. Anyone able to help me out?
Kind regards,
WaWa

UPDATE. This one works:

Follow the steps in this page.

Reliability History stops recording?

If that doesnt help by itself, try resetting once again after following the above steps.

Bill2,
I did the whole procedure. Even disabled it - and after that - enabled again.
It, unfortunately, remains the same.
Any other suggestion?
Thanks beforehand.

Just as a precaution, run a scan with malwarebytes (freeware).

Then, run an SFC scan.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

If that doesnt help either, you'll need to run a repair install.

Repair Install

Early September before mess up?

Just a thought.

WaWa,
I make no promises but I did run across either a msdn blog or a kb on your problem. In the meantime, if you google missing relmon maybe something useful will turn up.

WaWa,
I didn't find the article but try following:
WIN | type TASKSCHD.MSC | in the left-hand pane, drill down--
Task Scheduler Library | Microsoft | Windows | RAC
in the Task Pane, you will see RacTask
Right-click on the value shown for "Status" (you probably have disabled there)
Choose Run
Now the status will show Running.

I don't know whether this will work or not, but it is worth a try.

Merci All,

I'll try them one be one. Unless I did some already.
[1] sfc /scannow was OK.
[2] I'll buy extra DVD-R's for Repair install (hope it works with self made discs from repair partition).
[3] Strage: System restore from 28.8 did not help.
Thanks a lot. I keep you posted. Only [2] remains then.
