how to install handy cafe timer

i running windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.and i want to install handy cafe server to my computer shop running windows 7 ultimate 32 bit. but first, i cannot run handy cafe server to my server pc.i got the installer on handy cafe website free download unfortunately i can't run the handy cafe and error message says:handy cafe stopped working...and have Problem signature:
