Regardless of whether you use the official driver or one of the ones sygnus21 linked too, if the chipset drivers are installed and the card is still not being detected all is not lost. Grab this if you don't have something similar,

    7-Zip

and use it to extract the driver file. Once that is done then try installing the driver manually through Device Manager,

    Driver Install - Device Manager

when you get to step 4, point it to the extracted folder and from there point it to the WDM folder (Drivers\wdm). That should get the driver installed and then if it was the modded driver (support pack), you should then be able to run it as normal to install any of the rest of the bits you may want.

This is the driver that works on mine in Windows Seven 64 bit Creative Worldwide Support > Audigy 2 ZS
If it's not being reconised try moving it to another PCI slot if you have one avalible

My SoundBlaster is a Audigy 2 ZS Platinum (I have the box here) so I try all the driver for that card but with help of a technician, he checked the VENDOR something about my card and he found that I should install driver for SoundBlaster X-FI XtremeMusic.....I install it and bingo that work....Unbeleivable, I don't understand but that work !!!

Sounds like you had a XFI XtremeMusic card in a Audigy 2zs Platinum box.
Glad to hear it is working I guess we should have asked for the numbers on the back of the card right off.
