Unknown account appears in windows 7

Hello everyone. I have some question(or maybe a problem) and it's about accounts on my windows.
Some unknown account appeared on my windows with some strange name! So i would like to know is it normal, or is there something wrong like a hack or a consequence of an virus attack!!
Do i need to reinstall my windows!??

Yes im running build 7068 now. And it worked perfect.
And i noticed this problem today i was surprised.

OK i will download and install the last one from MS sites tomorrow.
But im asking could some antivirus program help with that!?
Im using ESET Smart security now!!:huh:

An account like that in the permissions is NOT a real indication of an issue. Those are actually normal to see. Still follow Airbot's recommendation to install the latest 7100 RC (as a clean install).

But this time im going to download and install a x64 bit version because i have 6GB of RAM. ;)

Take a look at the picture!

You will find such unknown accounts in every file and folder on your PC and sometimes more of them! It is creator account from second OS on your PC ,you can even delete it ,but then you can have problems opening that files or folders in your second OS. If you only have Seven ,feel free to remove it!

Hi. I had the same problem, but not anymore :)

To remove this account from security do this:

Right click on the folder-> Properties-> Security -> Advanced -> Owner -> Edit -> Mark the username that you want to be the owner (your username) then tick the box "replace owner ...." -> Apply, OK.

Then you are the owner and you're abble to change the permissions and delete the Account Unkown S-1-5-21.....
