eh. the problem isnt a program, the problem is that program cant find my mhz. for other people whu have fx5 riva tuner works

i gotcha. I was thinking maybe a different program might recognize the card.

If someone you know has this same card and it is working in Rivatuner, or in a different forum it works for someone, can you see what drivers they are using or what motherboard and BIOS version? This would be where the problem is.

Since GPU-Z picked up everything, we can say your card is working properly, but your motherboard might not be allowing overclocking.

After updating BIOS and Drivers, There is only one option left

Buy new hardware:
1. Purchase a new Graphics Card
or
2. a new Motherboard that supports overclocking.

the first would be more recommended, but since you are using AGP, replacing both would be the best option. Get a mobo that has PCI-e and a PCI-e GPU......

I understand this is not what you want to hear, but that might be all you can do if the mobo does not support overclocking.

They are using same drivers as i am: YouTube - ~ How to overclock NVIDIA GeForce 5200 ~

At the time i dont want to buy computer because:
a) after 2 years i am going to study in university, so i dont want to buy a new computer, iwant to buy laptop
b) i dont think that i should buy laptop now, i better save some money and buy good one after 2years

So thats why i'am trying to make my old'y be a bit faster
