0x80004005: unspecified error while trying to change mp3 properties

Hi, please help me about this error 0x80004005
i can not see mp3 info when i open properties and then details for all my mp3 files also in explorer when i use Details view. and when i try to delete mp3 info in this way:
properties->details tab->remove properties and personal information->remove the following properties from this file->select all->ok
then i recieve this error 0x80004005: unspecified error

and it gives me this message :

and i recieve this error for all my mp3 files but not for wma files

i tried all these below method and i still recieve this error:

Method 1: Run [System File Checker] SFC scan,
to scan for corrupt system files on the computer and replace them.

Method 2: Perform “Clean boot”, to disable the startup programs.

Method 3: Check with another user account

method 4: trying setting permission to the file in Properties->
Security tab

also in media player library it shows mp3 size to 0bytes and it doesn't show mp3 length(duration).
and when it plays some of my mp3 i can not take it to the middle of the song
by mouse in seeking part
i used also "Advanced SystemCare" and "RegCure Pro" for solve this error but it still persists

I noticed that some songs don't show size in MB either (shows as 0 bytes) which I could correct by deleting those files manually from the library and then re-adding them using tools advanced restore deleted library items.
