Hello all! I got this message after installing Windows 7 on a separate hard drive to dual-boot 2 instances of Windows 7:

"Windows Boot Manager
A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.
If you have a Windows installation disc, insert the disc and restart your computer. Click "Repair your computer," and then choose a recovery tool.
Otherwise, to start windows so you can investigate further, press the ENTER key to display the boot menu, press F8 for Advanced Boot Options, and select last known good. If you understand why the digital signature cannot be verified and want to start Windows without this file, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement.

status: 0xc0000428

Info: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file."

I get this message when trying to boot into my original install of Win 7. When my computer starts up it shows the Windows Boot Manager with two instances of win 7. The first takes me to the clean install on my seagate 1.5TB hdd whereas the other is my original on a WD caviar black 1TB. However I get the error message when trying to boot into my original HDD. I have tried booting with only the 1TB HDD connected but it still shows two instances of Win 7 and i get the same error. I've tried using system repair from the installation disk but it says that the version of system repair isn't compatible with the installations of windows.
What do i do?

If you want to install windows in two different HDDs, remove one and install on the other one.

Same for Startup repair. If you want to startup repair on one, remove the other HDD and run startup repair.

Otherwise, there is a fair chance that the bootloader will be messed up.

Now what you should do.

Remove the Seagate HDD. Boot into Seageat one. What do you find there? The WD one is not booting up? Follow it:
Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

When the Original one is fixed, let us know. We will concentrate on the other installation.
