0xC9 when trying to open ANY game, hidclass.sys faulty?

The blue screen says the faulty driver is HIDCLASS.SYS.

Every time I try to open a game the PC crashes, I've tried this with three different ones - same result.

I've run the DM Log Collector and once it tried compiling the DxDiag, it crashed with the same blue screen.

It did leave behind three .dmp files so I attached them below.

Can someone give me step-by-step instructions on what to do?

Hello and welcome to the forum. The BSOD experts need more information can you follow these instructions...

Hi,

I've run the Debug program but my PC BSOD'd with the same 0xC9 error as soon as the message 'collecting DxDiag information' (or something along those lines) appeared in a command prompt.

So unfortunately it only gave me the three dump files.

Not sure how to proceed with this, would running it in Safe Mode do the job?
