So whenever I try to play the game, I get a BSOD and it crashes. However, I don't have this problem with any other game.

I could actually play this game in the past and decided to come back to it but now it doesn't work. I replaced my HDD and added an SSD to my PC in that time period. I've installed the game on my SSD at which it gave me a BSOD on opening. I've also copied it onto my HDD and opening it there, giving me the same result.

I have a AMD Radeon HD 7800 and an Intel Core i5-3350P with Windows 7 64bit.

I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me with this problem.

0xF4 is mostly a storage related issue. So at first make it sure that your SSD is having the latest firmware (MU02; Release Date: 04/14/2015). Crucial SSD Firmware Updates

Uninstall Daemon Tools. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

  • Double click to open it.
  • Click this button only:
  • 2012-12-13_224441.jpg
  • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.
Report us for any further issue after doing these two.

Thanks for answering but I've managed to find what caused it. Apparently, Avast and Gameguard didn't like eachother, so after deinstalling Avast and installing Microsoft Essentials, I've managed to fix the problem.
