Was playing a game when all of a sudden my HDD started clicking twice every 1 second at a perfect 1 second interval.

I couldn't CTRL+ALT+DEL or get to the desktop before I blue screened with a 0x000000F4 error.

Any recommendations I can take to troubleshoot this issue? The eventviewer has no information other than "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Just a head's up, I downloaded and ran the "Long DST" test in SeaTools (an HDD diagnostics tool provided by Seagate) and both HDD's came back with a "Healthy" status.
