So I bought a 128GB Kingston DataTraveler 200 from someone for $30. He bought a few from eBay for $35 and thought that I would want one, so I bought one for $30.
Today, I had to do some backing up of a couple [somewhat] important Word documents. When I needed to access them, they were corrupted. Wouldn't open. Nothing else I transferred to it would work either (movies, pictures, etc). A lot of the file and folder names were just weird and random characters.
It had FAT32 as the filesystem already on it. Maybe I needed to format it to NTFS or something? I don't know whether I should try and sell it so someone or just trash it... Or maybe keep it? I really don't know.
