Solved 2 Hard Drives, 2 Operating system, Separate boot

Solved!

Partially of what i wanted in the begining, but enough.
I got the caddy, instead of the DVD, i installed the fresh windows on the second Hdd, with the first unplugged.
I choose now which hdd to boot in the bios, and i see both hdd's in both windowses, that's it.
But, the second Hdd is seen by the first windows as removable. So if anyone from work needs to see something in my laptop, i just click a fast add remove, and that's about it.

Regarding any tracing software that the work windows may have, i've just ignored the thought.
Changed the mac addresses of the network boards on the home win.

And if i will really need to hide the second hdd, i just swap it with the DVD. Take 2 seconds. And if it's needed to still be there, but the partition to be unseen, just use linux on the home hdd (with a virtual box to run windows, if you really need it :) ).

Cheers!
