It says disk 1 the SSD under status is none and disk 2 status is active

yes you can't do a screen shot
Tell me this from the top table:
Disk 1 how much used, how much unused, status, type
Disk 2 ....the same info

Disk 2 " -465.76GB " -588.47MB " active ' PRIMARY

also if I right click the drives disk one under modify I can set as active disk 2 I have the choice to set as inactive

Do a check that you have
made disk 1 active
made disk 2 inactive

Are you still online???

Now run startup repair 3 separate times.
Replace your CD with a System repair disk or the win 7 install disk
It should come back with some positive message. then take out your cd and see if the pc boots.

yes I am still online...do I need to take this CD out and put in the Windows 7 DVD? how dO I RUN THE STARTUP REPAIR? aND CAN i exit out of this program?

oh and when do I unplug the D drive sata cable?

Read the link that I think gregrocker referred to on running repair 3 times
and you should be set.
Since d: is now inactive you may not need to pull it. But power down and pull the d sata anyway.
yes close down Partition wizard & the PC & insert the windows disc.

Did you get Win7 started on its own without D plugged in?

It sometimes takes running Startup Repair up to 3 separate times, as explained in the tutorial I linked earlier which gives the exact steps.
