I'm puzzled now , my HP has 1 Hard Disk with 2 Local Disk inside... I'm currently using Local Disk C:/ , but when I clicked on Local Disk D:/ , It says " Local disk D:/ is not formatted, Do you want to format it? " , Many peoples says that format it will lose all the recovery files, but when I go to "Disk Management" , Local Disk C:/ has 80 Gb while Local Disk D:/ has 60 Gb left...and not in use...should I format or buy a new one?

If local disk D has 60 GB left, that implies that it is formatted. So it is confusing.

As Seavixen says, a picture will likely clear things up. Not likely you need to buy another unless you are truly out of space.
