3G Link Aggregation

Hi,

I have 3 usbports on my lap top. in each usb port i connected 3g doungle ( internet modem),

I want to know how can i aggregate these nics in to one using Layer3 LACP.

You would need Windows server 2012 not to mention a managed switch and it's not about to work using 3G.
