Hey,
so i have a 3tb hard drive, i hooked it up to my windows pc, as soon as i plugged it in, it said it needed to formatted before it can be read, cool..
but, when doing so, its reformatted it at a lower capacity.
so I've gone int disk management, found the drive, and this is when i quite literally died - their is NO unallocated space -
in properties, the max capacity of the drive is only 746gb,
usually from past experiences i would see a greyed out unallocated space not being used, but there isn't any -
many thanks in advance,
stuart
