Just hanging at pre-post?
Some NF4s had a occasional cold boot issue.

If you've made any recent changes/upgrades check that all cables are securely connected.

Sometimes a hard CMOS reset can help:
Remove the power from the PSU, and power up to drain off any excess power
Remove all but 1 stick of RAM
Remove the battery
Move the clear CMOS jumper to the clear position.. wait about 10 minutes
Replace the battery
Move the jumper back to its original position.

Now try to power up again. if you can post go straight to bios and "rest optimised defaults"

The lights mean:
4 LEDs on = Power applied, checking CPU
3 LEDs on = CPU has been detected OK, checking RAM
2 LEDs on = RAM has been detected OK, checking VGA
1 LED on = VGA has been detected OK, entering BIOS
0 LEDs on = System has booted to the Operating System

Have you tried clearing CMOS?

There's not a lot of text with it, but it looks like the four diagnostic LEDs are supposed all light at startup, but to turn off one at a time as bootup progresses.

None of the four are supposed to stay lit after a normal boot. But see:

LP UT Ultra-D - 4 red led diagnostic - DFI Club Global Support Forum

It's a bit hard to conclude what your problem might be from this. It could be a graphics card that needs to be reseated, a failing power supply, or none of the above.

Best of luck.

If you would fill in your complete system specs it would help. I startd out on the DFI forums and a lot of the cold boot problems had to do with power supplies, some of the DFI boards are very picky about PSU's and what memeory they will use.
Also some of the cold boot issues were never resoved. So if we could get your specs we might be able to help further. Thanks. Fabe
