456 Windows 7 x86 and x64 shortcuts in one folder.

Its kind of like a super control panel, heh. Its pretty much a complete list of shortcut commands and works in both Win7 and Win8.
UnRAR this files, put them into a folder then pin the folder to the taskbar or just open the folder in Explorer. I also pin the most used commands to the start menu.

From an Ed Botts blog a while back:
For some reason that only the gods of the blogosphere can explain, an old Windows trick took on new life this week. If you create a new folder using an arbitrary name, followed by a period and the GUID {ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}, you end up with a categorized list of Control Panel tasks. As I explained last weekend, there’s nothing new or hidden in this list, but calling it “God mode” seems to have given this tip wings.

GUID shortcuts that work only in Windows 7 (or later)

Above posted by ZDNet's Ed Bott: The Ultimate 'God Mode' list: 39 secret Windows 7 shortcuts
I have this setup and it gives me 260+ shortcuts in my "God Mode" folder.

Edit: Urk! I see GodMode is included in the RAR files. Since I have X64 I extracted X86 first then overlayed with X64. Is that the right way to do this or should I use only one or the other , but not both?

Whew! so many replies, so little time! You're welcome!

As far as the difference between x86 and x64 shortcuts, they are guaranteed to work ONLY in their respective Win7 installs. X86 for Win7 32bit installs and x64 for Win7 64bit installs. Use one or t'other.

God Mode was indeed flushed into the regular folder and is the first link in the folder you create (which pops up another whole list!). However, I never go into there anymore as I am pretty sure they are all included in the main body. Might be a way to combine the two but I never bothered.

As for how to get it to show up on your desktop, I am not sure the best way. I used True Launch Bar and create a menu folder there and I get my screen filled with the shortcuts that I can scroll down. It does not seem to be the same when I pin the folder to the taskbar. If someone comes up with the right way to do this, post it here for the folks!

This list should be sorted somehow as it is overwhelming to find the exact link I am looking for. Once I do find it, I pin it to my Win8 start menu.
