Hi,
I've got a costumers computer here that is having the exact problem as mentioned in the link above.
Only difference is that my laptop just had its motherboard replaced because the graphics-card was broken.
How to go on and solve it, I mean there is no real point to send it back to HP at this time now that the costumer has already waited for ~a months time, or is there?
Should I provide y'all with some more info?
