Solved 503 Service Unavailable

Hi there, I have been getting this message using IE and Chrome. It happens most often when I right-click and chose New Tab on a link within a website. Refresh usually has no effect. I wonder what your thoughts are.

Thanks for deleting the duplicate message that were posted about 5 minutes apart. That's another issue I have. When I pressed the Send button, it sometimes hangs during the process. Often I get a blank screen and the "refresh" icon keeps spinning. If I hit the X Stop button, sometimes it will show the refreshed page, sometimes not. In this case I hit the Back button, that took me back to the Post new message page, where I hit Send again resulting in 2 identical messages being posted. Hope you can interpret my ramble...
