For some reason Windows 7 beta is forcing my display refresh to 59Hz instead of allowing me to set it at 60Hz. If I change the setting the next time I look its back to 59Hz in display settings and as soon as I hit apply in the Nvidia CP.
Monitor is Hannspree 28" 1920x1200 LCD and the Vista 64bit driver is installed.
Nvidia GTX 280, same problem with every driver I've tried: default Win7, 181.20 and 185.20 alpha
I've seen this reported a few times across the net but no fixes yet, anyone have any suggestions or know what might be causing it?
I can run games at 60Hz if they allow the setting through their config menus.. but no matter what my desktop is 59Hz.
