First of all, please update this driver right away

ASACPI   ASACPI.sys   Fri Aug 13 09:52:52 2004 (411C2D04)

The 2004 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 10th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2004).

I suspect the graphic card as well because both graphic card drivers and directX was mentioned in one of the DMP file. I would recommend you to try to re-install the graphic card driver
When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Third party antivirus software are notorious for causing BSODs. Stop code 124 is hard to solve, please uninstall Norton for now
Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support
Please install MSE, it is BSODs free and we recommend this AV for testing while not having 3rd party firewall or AV. Make sure built in firewall is on

Update these 2 drivers if you can:

They are Logitech webcam driver
