It looks like there are drivers available from Windows Update.
If you need a more fully-featured set, you may be able to use the Vista drivers.
I don't have an F2200, but to get my Photosmart 8250 Vista X64 drivers to install, I had to work-around an OS version check:
Download the Vista installation package.
Use a decompressor utility (I used the freeware 7zip) to expand the package.
Inside the resulting directory (folder) is setup.exe. Right click it, and select Properties. Go to the Compatability tab. Set run as administrator, and Vista compatibility mode.
That may defeat the OS version check.
