What is QMP and why are you using it? I sounds like the kind of dodgy player that sneaks viruses onto the PC. I would only use WMP, QT, or for codecs they won't play use VLC open-source. These are the most highly regarded players.

When you say you've reinstalled repeatedly, how close did you come to a perfect install which is the same as for http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...all-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164? Did you boot the installer to delete all partitions during install, the most basic step to getting a clean reinstall? If you're reinstall didn't measure up to the one in the link I'd redo it and stick with the tools and methods which work written there which work best for Win7,.

Hi thanks for quick response

Where did you get the info that QMP is a doggy player with nasty viruses ????

yes, clean install means formatting my SSD and do CLEAN install !

By the way Ashampoo Photo commander 11 crashes too..Do I have to use Adobe Photoshop in this case ?

Likewise no one here recommends Ashampoo anything. It is the very worst crapware.

Formatting is a tiny step which would perform itself if you forget and does not describe the process I linked for you which is about Best Practices for what works best with Win7, based on tens of thousands of installs we've helped with here making us the top tech forums on the web.

But now we have a better idea of where you're coming from.

Where did you get Win7 Ultimate and how is it activated?

Well,I am curious, when yo say " We have now better idea"..What you mean We ??? Who ? You ? Your friends ? All supporters in this forum ? Whole workers of Microsoft or USA ?

Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, box version with 2 cds, ( not a Chinese fake copy ) activated on-line by Microsoft and I use this system for 2 year snow ?
I don't need really copy and burn ISO disks, if I have a genuine windows 7 in front of me, which I bought from Microsoft authorised dealer...
And never had any problem before.. Is that enough info regarding the sytem ?
I dont want to do clean install. , as I said I already did it...I never back up any files, just formatted the SSD and did clean install...
Is there any option advising me , what you can recognize the problem in errors, I included ?
I think that installing again new windows its not a option for me...

What I would do is uninstall the programs associated with the errors and find better which won't cause you as much problems. It's commendable that you want to use legal software so we can help you do this if you like.

What is the need for QMP? I've never seen any need for any other than the recommended WMP, QT and/or VLC. To be honest with you, most of these players are offered by dodgy sites as a way to sneak in spyware packages past security controls. So that tends to color our response in a way you may not have understood. When cleaning up infected PC's we often see installed several toolbars and search services which are always spyware, but when another player is there it tends to ratchet up the infection response.

Once you've uninstalled any erroring or unknown software in Control Panel, I would run SFC to check System files, establish a Clean Boot, check your Browser Add-ons and Search to remove all but Flash and Google, install and run a full scan with Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware, all linked in Troubleshooting Win7. The rest of those steps wil also assure your install is gone over closely. If you want to report back results on each we may have other steps.

Make sure you stuck closely with the steps in Clean Reinstall OEM so we know you have a perfect baseline install. In particular did you enable Automatically get device drivers and then run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates to completion? Then did you import any missing drivers from the OEM Support Downloads webpage?

What time frame did the BSOD occur, before or after Updates, or a certain program was installed? This is why it says in the tutorial to sequence the install so that you can pinpoint any Update or Program install that causes performance issues.

There is a single dump file in there, pointing to csrss.exe as the culprit, since this is a clean install

please follow the instructions here,

Choosing the grab all button, wait for it to finish, upload the contents back here for the experts to analyze.

I'm not sure if that was before or after installing the updates?

Just FYI....
Quintessential Media Player is listed at the only two utility sites I trust, Majorgeeks and SourceForge, downloaded 63390 times at MG with a rating of 4 out of five, however it is old, last date February 2009 and may pre-date Service Pack one. As well, utilities one gets at PortableApps are optimised by Haler and his crew. Since the advent of VLC though and it's ongoing support, I rely on that. Just my $.02 without actually seeing the machine.
Not that I'm trying to promote PA, its' just that s/w looked/compiled at by more than one tends to have fewer issues.

A stop 0xF4 is basically a Storage device related error. Upload your MSINFO32.nfo file to get more info about it.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
And try to update the firmware of your SSD. RAM Memory Upgrade: Dell, Mac, Apple, HP, Compaq. USB drives, flash cards, SSD at Crucial.com
