AAAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH! User Profile Services Failure

Hi Everyone, I'm a newbie on here who is deaperate for some help with my samsung r530 which has suddenly decided not to accept my log on details. I've tried a basic restore which didn't help. I can't understand what has gone wrong as I used the computer earlier this evening with no problems, haven't upgraded anything or done anything different to usual. How do I repair???, in simple terms please as I am not the most bright of computer users!! thanks in advance, debbie

Also, test the hard drive with SeaTools: | Seagate

You'll have to use the DOS version.

Hi Jonathon, thanks for that but how do I do those tests if I can't log on?? I'm having to use my daughters laptop to view these pages....

You would have to create bootable Memtest and SeaTools CDs with your daughter's laptop.
