Your computer isn't good enough for AC4BF. That's probably what the problem is. The game requires a quad core CPU. A Dual core won't cut it, even at 3.0ghz. Your GPU is below the minimum requirements to run the game. The bare minimum is a 260, your 210 isn't going to cut it. You'd need better than a 260 to actually run and play the game.
It is important to remember that the minimum requirements are never actually enough to run the game at a playable level. They simply mean the game will run without crashing for a little while at a horrible framerate at the absolute lowest graphics settings. When buying a game on PC you must always remember to check the system requirements before you buy and always use the recommended requirements when deciding to buy a game and never rely on the minimum requirements.
You need to update your drivers anyway, but it's not going to help you run AC4BF because your hardware can't handle the game plain and simple. If you keep trying to run the game on your PC you're going to break it. The GPU or CPU is going to burn out and brick your computer, meaning you'll be able to play nothing.
You need to upgrade or replace your PC to play AC4BF. You cannot run it on what you have and there is no tweak or fix that is going to make it run on that hardware.
Hopefully you didn't already damage your GPU, which may be why the error is popping up. It's possible you overheated something and it's not working properly because of it. I suggest trying to run other games if you haven't done so and see if they are still able to run.
Even if it still works, you may have shortened the lifespan of your CPU and GPU trying to run something that is overreaching their capabilities. If you haven't already, you will if you continue to try to run the game on your hardware.
I honestly suggest playing something else until you get better hardware.
