Can anyone point me in the direction of information about whether it is possible to access my Win7 HTPC remotely to initiate torrent downloads?

I started a project on https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/free-wifi-spot?sa=0&sp=0 give it a try.

In this way you could start torrent download from any where.
