Account for shared File only

Hey guys, I support my familys PC's and have some files stored on my PC that I want to access through file shareing e.g. \\MYPC\sharename. I know that I can authenticate with my user account but can I setup an account that cant be used to login to my computer but can access some shared files in this way, is so how? Thanks

You can create a user without password but you will need to log on to it to use it. How else can permissions be enforced?

I want to totally disallow logging in to my machine but allow accessing shared files from a new user account, I can then manage that new users permissions from my user account. Users without passwords can not access shared files at all I belive.
