acer Laptop with Ati 3200 low wei?

Why does my laptop have such a low WEI for Graphics, but High for Gaming? running Win 7 premium 64 bit
Athlon 64x2 l310
Amd 3200 on board
4 gigs ram

It wont let me play command and conquer 3 even though it appears that it should be able to.

I would not worry about it Mine is also Higher in the Gaming area...(screenshot)

Well I got command and conquer 3 to work. I guess there has been some compatibility issues with the 64 bit operating systems even though windows doesn't admit it. Basically you have to download the latest patch for command and conquer 3 v1.09, and then you have to set the auto run to XP service pack 3 compatibility mode. You have to actually open the DVD folder from my computer to set the compatibility. Still I don't understand how an Ati radeon HD 3200 integrated graphics should be scoring 2.9 maybe the ram isn't fast enough?
