Hey Guys,
few days ago my pc worked great with no problems. Then a strange problem occurred and the pc started to perform a windows repair automatically and now i have black screen with a moving cursor for 3 days and nothing else works.
this is the things i try to do to fix it,

1. BOOT USB with erd commander and try to repair.
2. BOOT USB WITH WIN 7 and try to repair.
3. try to repair with f8 menu.
4. i tried all the other options at the erd commander - SFC SCAN / Crash Analyzer / Hotfix and more.
5. command prompt i tried chkdsk / sfc scannow / f/r/x and more other options i forgot right now.
6. ctrl+alt+del or sticky keys Do not respond.
7. cant restore - i dont have a restore point.
8.regedit.exe and try to change the Shell Value to explorer.exe i did but after reset is back to what it was before.
9. tried almost all the f8 menu options if is the low res or the last known good configuration.

and alot of options and nothing works...

I do not want to format the computer because I have very important files What can I do?

Acer Laptop - Windows 7 x64

thanks so much for your help!

I guess you also tried Last Known Good Configuration in F8?
You can rescue your data files with http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/93347-copy-paste-windows-recovery-console-8.html or by booting with a live Linux distro. You will need an external HDD.

yes i tried i forgot to mention.
and there is other option how i can save my files than erd commander? the link you gave me i didnt understand how.
i have external HDD of western digital 1tb.
btw if format will no help thats mean i have problem at the hard disk? but first before the format i most backup the files and i really dont know how.
and thank you for your comment!
