Acquiring Reps and Badges

I used to be able to search for this topic and now I can't find the page that explains the rules for acquiring badges, medals, etc.

Would someone please point me to that page and I'll bookmark it?

I've been there and all I see are Congrats; I was looking for the numbers required to gain the badges, etc.

Am I missing it?
