Activation ISSUE

Having issues here long story I won't bother you with.
I used Diskpart to clean my SSD, I had a none bootable Win 7 pro install.
I Clean Installed with a Win 7 Pro SP1 ISO
My upgrade product key won't activate it???

Is there any work around to get this activated

Thanks for the reply, I had found the threat that reminded me of how it was done. LOL it had been quite awhile since I had to install and then install over the top to get my upgrade key to work.
