For some reason Word 2010 Starter has an error pop up when I try to have it find my printer. It doesn't have a printer selected, so I go to it and click 'add printer' and an error comes up saying "Find Directory: Active Directory Domain Services is currently unavailable". The printer isn't even a year old and works fine with printing things off the internet, but I haven't been able to get it to work with Word. I contacted Lexmark and they had me download a driver from the website that was supposed to make it fine with a 64 bit OS or something, it wasn't giving me problems with printing off the internet but I figured it was worth a shot. Anyone have any idea what the problem is? It's connected to my computer with a USB cord.
