Solved Add 'Backup and Restore' to the context menu?

I have searched but not found a way to easily add 'Backup and Restore' to the context menu. I am not capable of figuring it out myself and would like to find a tutorial I can follow. Any suggestions?

Thanks, but I'm interested in Win7 and the tutorial listed is for Win10. Will this work for Win7 also?
