Adding Dropbox to Personal Folder With Two Partitions

So I just got a new computer with Windows 7 Home Premium, and this isn't really an error, but it's frustrating. I have two partitions, one for my user data and one for the OS and program files (a fairly standard setup). Anyway, I moved all of the personal files (Documents, Pictures, Music, etc.) correctly but I also use Dropbox. Originally Dropbox was installed at C:/Users/Mike (the OS partition) but I went in the program and modified it to be at D:/Mike (the user data partition). All that has worked perfectly, no problems. The one frustrating thing is that now, when I click on "Mike" in the start menu and it goes to my personal folder, Dropbox isn't there. All the other folders are, since I was able to move them via the Windows method (go into Properties, change it, etc), but Dropbox doesn't allow that so it no longer appears in my personal folder. The best I can do is a shortcut pasted into it, but that still doesn't allow me to, for instance, expand the Dropbox folder within the personal folder like I can the others. Any suggestions?
