Hi, I have a bunch of m4v movies (no DRM) which I would like to add to my media center Movies library.
I know I can rename them to .mp4 but each movie.m4v file has metadata in a companion .movie.m4v file.
Both the explorer and WMP pick up that information just fine (title, cover art, ...), but Media Center doesn't (doesn't even see the movie files in fact).

Is there any way to either import my WMP video library into 7MC's library, or to convert the .movie.m4v metadata files into something that 7MC can use?

Thanks!

Download Shark007...Both Programs. They have a seperate addition for 64bit users. I just did it last night and I am now able to watch the.mkv file imports on Win Media Center

Thanks, but it's really .m4v, not .mkv - those are Apple/iTunes specific files...
