Adding Publisher and Outlook to Office 2013

I was wanting to know if there was any way to where I can add Publisher and Outlook to my Office Suite without having to upgrading my whole Office to Professional I have the Home and Student Version

the prices for both of those are $30 less than the home and student edition why are they so expensive for, is there a way that I can upgrade my whole suite cheap

Perhaps you could consider Office Home Premium 365, which is available on a monthly or yearly subscription. It has Outlook & Publisher as well Access if you want a database.
