I have had Administrative Tools enabled in my Start Menu for a decade. Until yesterday, I had a Start Menu folder named Accessories (which houses the various MS programs) and Administrative Tools. To me, this seemed somewhat redundant, so I renamed Accessories to MS Windows Programs and I moved Administrative Tools into this folder. Simple!
However, for some unknown reason, my system keeps creating the folder Administrative Tools at the top level of the Start Menu. I have tried deleting this but it keeps coming back. All of this happens while the folder Administrative Tools exists under MS Windows Programs.
Is there a way to stop the folder Administrative Tools from being created without moving said folder to the top level of the Start Menu?
Thanks.
