Hi, whenever I try to run my copy of after effects, after about 10-20 minutes when I'm trying to do things, it stops responding and a message about the NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M card comes up saying it has stopped working (crashed or whatever) does anyone know if this is because of after effects stopping making the card stop? or the other way round - the card stops which crashes after effects? and most of all, is there anybody out there with a solution?

Many thanks

I'm a bit confused, the specs outline this to be a desktop but the graphics are mobility series...
Which one is it?

Anyhow if it's a mobility series my first thought would be overheating.

its a laptop, Dell N5110 core i5, overheating is very possible, I'm in a tropical country, although I have a cooling pad underneath...

Thans for the advice, sorry about my late reply, I thought I posted actually but its not here, I think I pressed the wrong button, it's working ok with programs like sony vegas and adobe flash, photoshop, etc all these are ok, it only seems to be after effects that has the problem, and its not even when I ask it to do a particularly difficult task, I will try uninstalling and re-installing it, see how it works. many thanks again
