I have long been looking for the tutorial, how to make particles like video below, but it was unsuccessful,was trying create by myself again unsuccessful, can someone can help me create they or make a Adobe After Effects CS6 64bit template? Please.

Like any gif or video you start with basic images,
Looked as though the user had three or four that just moved around slightly and made a copy/ new layer as he/ she moved them,

The clip on youtube is quite a short loop and not that hard to make and can be superimposed on about any frame or set of frames.
