Adobe CC Illustrator, User Created File, No One Else Can Open It.

Hey All,

The title is pretty straightforward. Everyone has the same machines, nothing is different as far as specs, I'm guessing it's something he created in the file, but I can't pin point it. Has anyone else seen this? Let me know if you can, thanks!

Also try resetting your preferences. Hold down some combination of CMD ALT SHIFT when opening illustrator program

Seems like a permissions issue ?
Have the creator review the permissions of the file and share it with the other users and or put it in a shared folder,
The creator might also change the file name and test it as well,
Verify the file type with others that the other users can access,
