Aero don`t work + others

Hello everyone,

I found a lot of threads about Aero problems but I think my problem is specific.

All start when i tried to start my laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad E530 W7 64 bit). I got massage on startup that explorer.exe can`t start because a file ???plus (I really can`t remember) is missing. So I tried restart (2 times) and the desktop didn`t load. So I wanted go to internet and I run Google Chrome (with Task Manager). But Chrome after 3 closed after 3 sec. So I restart again. Then start "Windows Startup Repair". After 30 min. it was done and desktop loaded. Everything was fine except Aero. It stoped working.

For Example

Toogle (where is Start, time and shorcuts) is not transparent(I can`t set up theme pic1). Also the graphic design in pic2 is not like in Aero. And there is one more problem. The symbols of turning up/down volume or brightness are missing. Casp/numlock symbols work.

What says Windows/What I tried

I used Microsoft.ifixit.aero tool and there is problem with that:

Administrator of Desktop`s windows is not allowed (I have czech lanuage so i hope i translate the error correctly)

The tool tried to repair it but without success.
I also tried to allow it in this way - I run CMD a write there "net uxsms start" - also without success.

Also i tried change "Performance Options" / pic3

If you have some advices, try to help me please.

Do Option 2 of this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html it will not harm any data or programs you have installed it will try to find and repair any corrupt system files that you have. You may need to run this as many as three times and be sure to restart your computer after each scan.

I noticed you have a third-party custom theme showing in personalization what did you use the patch for use of custom themes Universal Theme Patcher or UxStyle?

Thanks for reply. So I tried "Option 2" 4 times and everytime i restart my computer. Without success.

Here is the question. Can I recover my system, when I haven`t do any "recovery point" ?
But i need to have also all software and drivers from Lenovo.
