Solved After booting Windows 7 Ultimate - the whole screen turns into red

Did you change the boot priority on BIOS or launch the boot menu during POST?

Can you please post a Disk manager Image of the USB drive?

I changed the boot priority on BIOS and after this screen appeared.

From running windows, open disk manager (C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc). Expand the columns so we can read them and take a snapshot of the whole window. Post it here.

Post a Explorer image of the USB drive. I want to see what is in the root (\)

I can see two things:
- On Disk Manager the E: is not set as active so it won't boot
- On Explorer you have put the files and folders on E:\Win7_HomePrem_SP1_English_X64\ and they should be on E:\

- Move all files and folders from E:\Win7_HomePrem_SP1_English_X64 to E:\

- Open a cmd window as administrator and type:
diskpart
list volume (take note of the number of the USB drive)
select volume n (replace n with the number of the USB drive from above)
active
exit (to exit diskpart)
exit (to exit cmd)

I only had time to redo the process now but, this is the response I got - my computer is in German and only reacts to the word "active" in german. Can you tell me if this is the right way?

You seem using USB3 flash drive at USB2 port.
This USB3 flash drive it is unsupported due specific laptop motherboard.

I did read and before that very old Win7 ISO prior 2010~2011 (With out SP1) they hide a bug at creating duplicate VGA drivers at some laptops, this causing IRQ conflict and black screen.

Any USB3 device will work as USB2 when connected to a USB2 port.
Any USB2 device will work as USB2 when connected to a USB3 port.

Although your Windows is in German, the tools like diskpart use commands in English.
It seems to me that the command (active) was a accept and aktiv was rejected.

No, it's properly responding to "active". You simply failed to choose a partition.

Es spricht korrekt auf "active" an. Du hast lediglich versäumt, eine Partition auszuwählen.
