As the title suggests, I recently slipstreamed sp1 and a genuine retail Windows 7 HP x64 family pack disc into a separate disc. The process worked flawlessly using the guide supplied. Everything boots properly, etc. and event viewer shows no errors. Everything also seemingly updates properly, as well. However, not everything is updated. For example, MS Office 2007 doesn't get updated at all with the slipstreamed Windows 7. There are also odd inconsistencies, like it will list the February and March Malicious Software Removal Tool. It is only after I hide them that it presents me with the April version. Anyone else noticing anything like this? I wouldn't have caught it had it not been for my folks' computer, which was updated to SP1 through Windows update.
