did you try connect by double clicking on your network name, for example if your network is (MyFi) double click on it...as I can see that MyFi is an open network (no password).

Hi i just wanted to ask coz i have a problem with the same product everything is ok but the light wont flash on the adapter and my internet is slow as for the drivers it shows that all are installed.
