I think the device is either wired wrong or otherwise defective - the blue light seems to have no relation to whether I have a signal, in fact I seem to have the best luck connecting when the light is dark entirely. Can anyone tell me what the light is supposed to be doing? The "options" seem to be dark, steady blinking blue, flashing/flickering blue and steady blue, but as I say, the status of the light and the status of the connection seem unrelated. At the moment I'm just ignoring it altogether, but it would be useful to have a signal indicator other than trial and error.
